During sales
Communication:
We prioritize understanding customer requirements and ensuring clear communication at every step. We make sure all details are correctly understood and aligned with the customer's expectations.
Written Documentation:
All key details, including contract terms and technical proposals, are clearly outlined and updated to reflect the latest information. This ensures a smooth production process with no oversights or mistakes.
Test Run Before Shipping:
A test run is always conducted before shipment. The customer must provide the appropriate raw materials, or alternatively, the customer can request the supplier to send materials to our factory, or provide the correct formula for us to source local raw materials for the test run. The cost of materials is covered by the customer. JWELL ensures that the entire line operates at the correct speed, meets quality standards, and achieves the desired productivity, with a smooth operation as expected.
Delivery:
We offer flexible delivery arrangements, whether upon request or based on specific conditions that need to be met for a satisfactory outcome.
Technical Training and Installation:
Customers may send their technicians to our factory for training one month prior to delivery. Additionally, on-site training is provided during the installation of the new line to ensure the proper operation of the equipment. Online training with an individual trainer is also available.
We can also send a sufficient number of technical specialists to the customer's site to assist with the installation and testing of the equipment.
Access to Testing Documentation:
Customers have access to online video demonstrations or photos during the testing phase, providing transparency and assurance in the testing process.

After sale
Expert Response:
JWELL experts will respond to any inquiries within 24–48 hours, and any issues will be addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.
Warranty and Lifetime Service:
The warranty period is 1 year, and lifetime service is provided. The buyer is responsible for covering any costs associated with the seller's specialists' services in the buyer's country, including travel expenses (e.g., shuttle tickets between China and the buyer's location), domestic transportation, medical expenses, accommodation, meals, and component material costs. However, during the warranty period, the seller will cover the cost of replacement components, excluding wear parts or damages caused by human factors.
Technical Support Documentation:
JWELL provides comprehensive technical support documentation, including electrical diagrams and manuals, written in both Chinese and English.
Operational Manuals and Circuit Diagrams:
We supply the operation manual for the main extruder and auxiliary equipment, as well as circuit diagrams for electrical components.
Installation and Testing Support:
The seller can send an adequate number of technical specialists to the buyer's site for installation and testing of the extrusion lines.
