Properties and Advantages
The line is optimally designed for uniform plasticisation, small shear rate, high output, long service life, etc. The production line has twin-screw extruder, vacuum shaping table, haul-off machine, cutting machine, film covering machine, stacker and so on.The main machine adopts imported AC frequency conversion or DC speed control traction, and the temperature control instrumentation adopts imported brands. Auxiliary vacuum pump and traction motor are all high-quality products, easy maintenance.
Application
YF series production line is equipped with conical twin-screw or flat twin-screw extruder, which can process PVC plastic door and window profiles, steel-plastic composite profiles, decorative profiles and so on.
