Designed for sustainable plastic packaging, JWELL Blow Molding Machine significantly reduce masterbatch consumption in both 3-layer ReCo3 systems and multilayer co-extrusion processes, thanks to their ability to reuse a high percentage of regrind material. Their outstanding energy efficiency is certified under Euromap 46.1 standards, with many models achieving the top energy efficiency rating of Class 10.

Available in single- or double-station configurations, KBB extrusion blow molding machines are engineered to meet diverse production needs. For jerry can manufacturing, key design features include adjustable clamping platen height, installation depth, and daylight opening. For bottle production, the KBB40 to KBB100 variants offer clamping forces ranging from 100 kN to 500 kN, delivering exceptional stability and output quality.
