Jwell offers complete extrusion lines for producing pipes from PVC-based materials, such as UPVC, CPVC, and PVC. These lines are engineered to meet the performance requirements of various pipe applications and can manufacture both single-layer and multi-layer pipe structures.

Extruder

The extrusion line offers a variety of main extruder configurations to meet different production requirements. Available models range from SJZ65/132 to SJP135/31, allowing for flexible selection based on pipe size, layer structure, and output demand.

UPVC CPVC PVC pipe mold

Jwell Machinery offers a wide range of extrusion die heads capable of covering PVC pipe diameters from 20mm to 1000mm, meeting the needs of various applications such as residential drainage, municipal water supply, and industrial piping.

Vacuum Calibration Tank

To meet different pipe diameter and production speed requirements, single-chamber or double-chamber vacuum calibration tanks are available for selection.

Haul-Off Unit

We offer haul-off machines with 2 to 16 caterpillar tracks, suitable for different pipe diameters and extrusion speeds. The haul-off unit features a wide adjustment range, stable operation, and low noise.

Each track is driven by an independent motor (asynchronous or servo), with digital control ensuring precise speed synchronization.
Large-capacity cylinders and extended contact surfaces provide high traction force.The 1/2 track switchable function allows easy switching between small and large pipe diameters, offering a wide working range.

1. UPVC Pipe – Affordable and Versatile

uPVC (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) is an economical, durable, and versatile plastic piping material. The manufacturing process results in strong, durable uPVC pipes that are commonly used for cold-water plumbing systems, such as water supply, underground drainage, and sewage lines.

2. PVC-UH Pipe (Polyvinyl Chloride - Ultra High)

Advantages: Features deep-sea-grade ring stiffness, providing exceptional resistance to external pressure and loads.

Applications: Ideal for urban main water supply, reclaimed water transport, and pressurized municipal drainage systems.

Service Life: >50 years under standard conditions

3. CPVC Pipe – Resistance to high temperatures and corrosion

CPVC pipe is made by adding chlorine to regular PVC plastic.Adding chlorine makes the plastic much stronger, especially against heat.

Advantages: Resistant to high temperature and chemical corrosion
Service Life: >40 years at 90°C (longer at room temperature)

CPVC pipe is suitable for hot and cold water distribution in various residential and commercial settings, including homes, apartments, hotels, and hospitals.
