High Speed Aluminum Plastic Composite Panel Extrusion Line

Aluminum plastic composite panel called ACP in short, composed by aluminum foil and polyethylene, adopting thermocoating technology to produce this new construction material. It is widely used for construction wall, outer door decoration as well as advertising and inner door decoration.

Combining traditional processing technology and practical experience, Suzhou JWELL machinery Co.,ltd develops high speed flame retardant grade ACP board. the maximun output can be 2000kg/h, line speed is 10m/min, width is 900-2000mm, aluminum foil thickness is more than 0.18mm.

Also, we are supplying normal ACP line with output range 500-800kg/h, maxim line speed 5m/min, suitable product width 900-1560mm, aluminum foil thickness 0.06-0.5mm.

Aluminum plastic composite panel referred to as ACP in short, it has a surface layer of aluminum foil treated and painted (with fluorocarbon coating or polyester coating), and a core layer of polyethylene material; it is mainly used in architectural curtain wall, exterior wall decoration and advertisement, and interior decoration. Combining the traditional production process and practical experience, we have developed a high-speed aluminum composite panel production line with advanced extrusion system, which can produce highly filled flame retardant grade aluminum composite panels. Traditional aluminum composite panel production line is also available.
