The PE Pipe Production Line is a specialized production solution for manufacturing polyethylene pipes with diameters ranging from 16 mm to 63 mm. This line is widely used in the production of pipes for domestic water supply, agricultural irrigation, cable protection, and low-pressure gas distribution.
The system adopts a high-performance single screw extruder optimized for PE materials (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE), ensuring stable plasticizing and extrusion performance. The line is equipped with a vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling system, servo-controlled haul-off, and precision cutting unit to ensure excellent pipe roundness, smooth surface finish, and precise length control.
With a modular design, it can be flexibly configured to meet customer-specific requirements, and optional components such as stripe marking extruders or automatic pipe coilers can be added to improve automation and efficiency.
