The new screw design ensures efficient plasticization and stable output. A Siemens control system with closed-loop regulation automatically adjusts screw speed for consistent, high-quality extrusion.
02. Unique Molding and Cooling System
To address warping and deformation in ultra-wide PP hollow sheets, Jwell uses proprietary German steel dies with a unique flow design and adjustable throttling for uniform pressure. The aluminum vacuum calibration table offers durability and excellent heat exchange. Two independent vacuum subsystems with separate cooling and frequency controls enable flexible on-site adjustments.
03. Intelligent Control System
The line is controlled by a Siemens PLC with an intuitive touchscreen. It supports smart closed-loop control to auto-adjust extrusion pressure and speed, plus automatic fault detection to improve reliability and reduce manual work and costs.
