PVC、 PP、 PE、 PC、 ABS Small Profile Extrusion Line

By adopting the foreign and domestic advanced technology, we successfully developed the small profile extrusion line. This line consists of Single Screw Extruder, Vacuum Calibration Table, Haul-off Unit, Cutter and Stacker, the producing line features of good plasticization, high output capacity, low power consumption and etc. The main extruder speed controlled by imported AC inverter, and temperature control by Japanese RKC temperature meter, vacuum pump and traction gear reducer of the down stream equipment are all good quality products, and also easy maintenance.

Adopting advanced technology, we have developed a small profile extrusion line which is suitable for users' needs. The line has single-screw extruder or twin-screw extruder, vacuum pump, haul-off machine, cutting machine, stacker and other parts, the production line has good plasticisation, high output and low energy consumption. The main machine adopts imported AC frequency converter to regulate the speed, and the temperature control instrument adopts Japanese RKC products. Vacuum pump and traction motor of auxiliary machine are easy to maintain.
