The extruder with the unique screw design prevents raw material from high shear or over plasticizing. As a result, products gain significant texture of wood surface, and product with characteristics: no deformation, non-fading, fire prevention, anti-corrosion, anti-moth, anti-aging and anti-UV.
The production line is mainly used for the production of decorative eco-wood products such as the Great Wall Board, interior wall panels, partition walls, ceiling grommets, sound-absorbing panels, staircase handrails, window blinds, footings and so on, and the output of the products is obvious in the simulation of wood grain texture on the surface of the products, and the products do not deform, do not fade, are fireproof, corrosion-resistant, insect-resistant, and resistant to aging and ultraviolet rays.
