DYPS-G series heavy pipe crusher can directly crush medium diameter pipes for one-step processing and recycling. The specially designed pipe feed hopper on this series of models enters the pipe at a specific angle to the crusher rotor for optimum crushing.
The crusher chamber design with a third fixed knife can be used to change the first cutting point of the required crushed material. For higher strength and larger material, it can reduce the impact force and also avoid the possibility of the main shaft moving knife being blocked by the material. Special steel and solid welding process ensure product quality. The special design of knife frame and spindle can meet the requirements of crushing all kinds of pipes, profiles, films, sheets and large solid materials, with wide versatility, economical and practical equipment, simple operation and durability.
