Main Components of PVC Granulation Line
Twin Screw Extruder
The heart of the system is the twin screw extruder, available in conical or parallel configurations. This extruder is specifically designed to handle PVC formulations, offering superior mixing, plasticizing, and dispersion of the compound.
Dosing and Mixing System

Storage and Packaging
Finished PVC pellets are collected in silos or sent to automatic packaging systems, ready for shipment or storage.
