Extrusion System
Plastic sheet extrusion equipment consists of multiple single-screw extruders, each designed with specialized screws tailored for different materials. A PLC-controlled temperature system ensures stable plasticizing and output. A hydraulic screen changer enables non-stop screen changes.

Die System
An advanced coat-hanger type die is adopted for sheet extrusion. It can be equipped with a melt metering pump to deliver materials with precise pressure and volume, ensuring stable extrusion and uniform sheet thickness.

Calendering System
Equipped with vertical or inclined three-roll calenders, featuring roll temperature controllers and high-precision gap adjustment sensors. Emergency stop functions are included. The cooling bracket uses high-precision alumina rollers for conveying, and optional edge trimming or slitting devices are available

Haul-Off & Cutting System
Rubber roller haul-off ensures stable sheet traction, synchronized with the calender. The cross-cutting machine uses pneumatic clamping and synchronized cutting with alloy saw blades and a dust extraction system. Robotic stacking can be configured as needed.
