Products Description

PVC Panel Extrusion Line is equipped with an SJZ55/110 conical twin-screw extruder, the line supports 24-hour continuous operation. Material is efficiently conveyed and plasticized through screw rotation, ensuring high output capacity of approximately 80 to 140 kg/h.
The vacuum calibration table creates a negative pressure environment to precisely shape the profile cross-section using a calibration mold. This ensures dimensional tolerances of the grating board are controlled within ±0.2 mm. An integrated recirculating cooling system, combined with grooved water channels along the mold cavity walls, significantly enhances heat exchange efficiency and increases the production line speed.
The caterpillar-type haul-off unit features a segmented clamping design with multiple track sets, offering a wide adjustable range of traction force. Driven by a frequency-controlled motor and synchronous belt transmission, it ensures precise speed control, preventing slippage or stretching deformation during the haul-off process. The tracks are covered with wear-resistant rubber or silicone materials, and equipped with pneumatic or spring-loaded floating mechanisms. This allows automatic adaptation to various grating board cross-sections, ensuring even clamping force distribution and avoiding surface marks or damage on the profile.
The lift-blade cutter is driven by a servo motor, enabling high-precision lifting and cutting. It achieves a positioning accuracy within ±0.1 mm and maintains cutting length tolerance within ±1.5 mm.
The robotic arm operates according to preset programs and parameters to accurately grasp various products output from the extruder. It significantly improves the accuracy and consistency of stacking.
As industries demand more efficiency, safety, and eco-friendliness, traditional flooring materials show their limits. Metal grates are strong but heavy, prone to corrosion, and costly to maintain. Wooden grates don't last long and can't handle moisture or heavy loads well. They also often fail in places needing good slip resistance and drainage.
