Extruder
The main extruder can be the JWS120 or JWS150 model, with optional co-extrusion using the JWS65 or JWS90 extruder.
PP hollow sheet die
The special PP hollow sheet die can be fitted with adjustable edge blocks, so you can make sheets of different widths using the same die. The calibration table also needs to be adjusted and sealed properly to shape the sheet well. Air knives can be added in front of the calibration table to help cool the sheet in advance and improve its quality.
