Extruder
The main extruder can be the JWS120 or JWS150 model, with optional co-extrusion using the JWS65 or JWS90 extruder.
PP hollow sheet die
The specialized PP hollow sheet die can be equipped with adjustable edge blocks, enabling the production of sheets in multiple widths using a single die set. The calibration table must be correspondingly adjusted and well-sealed to ensure proper shaping. Additionally, air knives can be installed before the calibration table to assist with pre-cooling and improve overall sheet quality.
PP calibration table
The PP calibration table, an essential part of the PP Hollow Sheet Production Line, performs vacuum suction on the sheet surface to ensure precise shaping. The calibration plates are typically 80 mm thick and internally water-cooled, with the water temperature maintained below 20°C. The table's height is hydraulically controlled, and the sheet thickness is adjusted by changing the thickness of the spacer blocks.
PP sheet oven
The oven performs low-temperature annealing on the freshly cooled sheet to release internal stress, preventing deformation such as warping after complete cooling. The oven features zoned temperature control, allowing process adjustments based on actual production conditions.
