Double Wall Corrugated Production Line

Jwell's newly developed horizontal double-wall corrugated production line is a new generation of horizontal pressure water-cooled production line based on the full absorption of advanced technology at home and abroad and independent research and development. The production line has more than ten invention patents.

● Various types of extruders are available for the production of HDPE and PP pipes as well as single-wall corrugated pipes.

● The sizing sleeve is made of wear-resistant aluminium alloy, and the pipe waveform is calculated by a special software program to achieve better ring stiffness.

● The sliding base of the forming machine is driven by gears and equipped with large-size needle roller bearings to improve load-bearing capacity and stability.

● Fixed centre height of the production line, no need to adjust to change specifications

●Different specifications of the production line modules are common, quick release design for easy loading and unloading, unique internal cooling design to achieve rapid cooling and shaping, the main drive is driven by a two-speed motor, stable and accurate operation.

●Advanced PLC control system with large colour LCD screen enables single machine adjustment and linkage of the whole line, easy to operate. The production line has a high degree of automation, reliable and stable production of products, and can automatically alarm to indicate faults.

●The production line can choose single-screw extruder, conical twin-screw extruder and parallel twin-screw extruder for production. All extruders are manufactured by Goldwell, with precise electric control system, good plasticising effect and stable running condition, which can meet different customers' demands for products.
