Suitable for PVC resins with lead-free process requirements, with special designed screw structure, uniform plasticisation and high output.
PVC extrusion die head made of high quality alloy steel with runner surface treated with high gloss and corrosion protection. The wide runner design ensures maximum residence time of the melt in the die head while increasing the extrusion output.
For large diameter PVC pipes, we use a front and rear double vacuum chamber design with rounded pallets to ensure good roundness and high forming quality.
We offer haul-offs from 2 to 10 tracks, with different sizes of planetary cutters, to suit all sizes of PVC pipe production. In addition, we offer an optional in-line flaring machine to meet our customers' needs.

Performance ＆ Advantages
Two models of specialised twin-screw extruders, SJZ80 and SJZ65, are available to meet different pipe diameters and output requirements.
The double pipe mould evenly distributes the discharge volume to achieve fast extrusion and high quality plasticisation.
Equipped with high efficiency double vacuum cooling box, which can be controlled individually for easy adjustment of production process.
Dust-free cutting machine with dual station control for fast cutting and accurate length. Pneumatic rotary clamping design eliminates the need to change the clamping block and is optional with chamfering device to improve production efficiency.
