Brief introduction of equipment
The production line is mainly used to produce multi-functional polyethylene water supply and drainage pipes (GB/T13663-2016) such as two-machine two-layer (adjustable ratio), two-machine three-layer (adjustable ratio of inner and outer wall thicknesses) or three-machine three-layer (adjustable ratio of inner and outer wall thicknesses) PP protective layer can be added to the extruding die head, which can be used for the protection of the pipeline.
Performance ＆ Advantages
We can provide 2-layer/3-layer/5-layer and multi-layer solid-wall pipe extrusion lines. Centralised control by PLC at the main console, the speed of multiple extrusion hosts can be adjusted uniformly and synchronously and multiple meter weight control systems are optional, so that accurate dosing can be achieved for each extruder.
The multi-layer spiral mould is designed according to the ratio of different layers and the thickness of each layer, with reasonable distribution of mould cavity runners, ensuring uniform thickness of pipe layering and better plasticising effect of each layer.
