The power system combines high-efficiency, energy-saving motors with variable frequency speed regulation technology. High-efficiency motors improve energy conversion efficiency through optimized electromagnetic design, reducing energy consumption while outputting the same power. Variable frequency speed regulation technology dynamically adjusts speed based on production load, allowing for real-time adjustments to meet demand when producing products of varying specifications, thus avoiding energy waste when the equipment is idle or lightly loaded.

The heating system uses a new heating technology to replace traditional resistance heating. Electromagnetic or infrared heating acts directly on the barrel, reducing heat loss and significantly improving heating efficiency. It also has fast heating and accurate temperature control, which can quickly reach the process temperature, shorten preparation time, and indirectly reduce energy consumption.

In terms of production efficiency, our production line's high-speed extrusion capabilities, combined with an automated control system, significantly improve efficiency compared to traditional equipment. By optimizing the melt path and increasing screw speed, the high-speed extrusion module increases output per unit time while ensuring quality. The automated system coordinates and controls all aspects of the process, minimizing downtime caused by manual intervention and extending the equipment's effective operating time.

Regarding site utilization, we employ an integrated design, compactly arranging modules for processes such as raw material handling and extrusion molding, significantly reducing floor space compared to traditional decentralized layouts.
