This production line features high automation, stable performance, and excellent forming precision, ensuring efficient and consistent pipe quality. The system includes a high-performance extruder, a precision corrugator, a calibrated forming mold, a cooling system, and an automatic cutting unit.
Main components of single wall corrugated pipe extrusion line
Extruder:
The main extruder adopts a 65/30 high-performance single screw design, paired with a Flender high-precision gearbox. This configuration ensures reliable torque transmission, energy efficiency, and consistent extrusion output for long-term stable production.
Corrugator (Forming Machine):
The horizontal water-cooled structure ensures better cooling performance and higher production speed. The modular design supporting multiple pipe specifications significantly improves production efficiency.
Diameter Measuring Device:
The diameter measuring unit adopts a green LED parallel light source and advanced CCD imaging technology, enabling high-precision, real-time monitoring of pipe diameter. This ensures product consistency and facilitates easier quality control during production.
Coiler:
The coiler is a high-speed, servo-controlled double-station system designed for efficient and continuous pipe winding. It ensures precise and orderly pipe arrangement, with a maximum inner coil diameter of 700mm, making it ideal for long-length pipe collection and uninterrupted production.
