Main Components of Multi Layer Composite Pipe Extrusion Line
The material handling system consists of vacuum loaders and four drying hoppers, designed to accurately convey and dry raw materials including PE, EVOH, and adhesive layers. This guarantees high material purity and process stability, providing a reliable foundation for consistent extrusion quality.

Forming & Sizing System:

A 9-meter vacuum sizing tank uses negative pressure for rapid calibration, while a 9-meter spray cooling tank ensures further cooling and solidification, guaranteeing high dimensional accuracy - with chipless cutting precision up to ≤5 mm.
Downstream System:
A three-claw caterpillar haul-off unit (servo motor-driven) provides stable line speed control (0.3–8 m/min). The chipless cutter ensures precise cutting, and a single-station coiler collects finished pipes in an organized manner. Integrated with a hot stamping printer (with length marking accuracy of ±0.3%), the system achieves fully automated, closed-loop operation with clear product marking.
