Polyethylene Pipe Insulation Production Line

Jwell company has independently developed a new Polyethylene pipe insulation production line, utilizing Jin Hailuo's proprietary screw technology specialized for insulation pipes to ensure stable extrusion. Leveraging years of experience in PE extrusion, the production line is designed to match PE insulation pipe molds with stable mold pressure. Compared to traditional air-blown methods, this line greatly improves production output, delivers a brighter surface finish, and achieves a high degree of automation.

PE insulation pipes, also known as PE outer protective pipes, jacket pipes, or sleeve pipes, are widely used in thermal insulation systems. The direct buried polyurethane insulation pipe consists of a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) outer protective layer, rigid polyurethane foam insulation material, and a steel pipe.

The insulation layer, made from rigid polyurethane foam with a density of 60 kg/m³ to 80 kg/m³, completely fills the gap between the steel pipe and the casing, providing strong adhesion to form a solid composite structure among the steel pipe, outer casing, and insulation layer.

Polyurethane foam used in direct buried insulation pipes offers excellent mechanical strength and thermal insulation performance. Under normal conditions, it can withstand temperatures up to 120°C. With modifications or combined with other insulation materials, it can resist temperatures up to 180°C.

These pipes are suitable for insulation projects involving hot and cold water pipelines at various temperatures.

Polyethylene pipe insulation offer durability and corrosion resistance, ensuring long service life in underground applications. Their lightweight design simplifies transportation and installation, reducing labor and costs.
