The extrusion die adopts a dedicated flow channel design with enlarged air ducts and a double water ring sizing sleeve, ensuring high-quality pipe formation and reduced cooling length.
Efficient Vacuum Cooling Tank:
Made of 304 stainless steel and controlled via frequency inverter, the vacuum cooling tank features an integrated water supply and drainage system for energy saving and noise reduction.
Servo-Driven Multi-Caterpillar Haul-Off Unit:
Suitable for a wide range of pipe diameters and adjustable speed control, ensuring stable pulling force and high adaptability.
High-Speed Chipless Cutter:
Automatically self-centering and easy to operate, the chipless cutter enables fast, clean, and precise cutting without material loss.
Accurate Weight-per-Meter Control System:
The integrated system ensures consistent pipe weight per meter, reducing dependence on operator skill, improving production efficiency, and lowering energy consumption.
