The Small Diameter PP PLA TPU pipe extrusion line includes single-screw extrusion mainframe, extrusion mould, vacuum forming cooling water tank, high-speed belt haul-off and servo cut-off machine. Customers can choose accessories such as on-line precision OD measuring instrument, melt gear metering pump and high-speed winder according to their needs. The equipment and product contact surfaces are covered with stainless steel surface SUS304, which can also be customised according to customers' needs.
●Applicable materials: PVC, TPU, PE, PP, Teflon, PA, PEEK and other materials for medical application.
●Applicable tubes: Nasal oxygen cannula, tracheal intubation, infusion tube, elastomeric infusion tube, double-cavity,
multi-cavity and single row tube, etc.
●Applicable tube diameter and margin of tolerance: outside diameter: 1.5~20mm; dimensional tolerance of outside diameter: +/-0.01, +/-0.02, +/-0.05mm; wall thickness: 0.1~3.0mm.
