Brief introduction of equipment
Three or five layers of oxygen resistant polyethylene cold and hot water pipes are produced by this JWELL-MFH Series PO(PE-RT, PB) Polyolefin Oxygen Resistant Three Layers Or Five Layers Extrusion Line .Replacement or addition of some units can also produce three-layer or five-layer oxygen barrier polybutylene hot and cold water pipes. Three-layer or five-layer oxygen barrier pipe solves the problem that ordinary pipes cannot prevent oxygen penetration. It leads to the shortening of the life of the tubes and the reduction of safety and other problems. The pipe is made of three layers (outer layer is evoh interlayer glue inner layer PERT) or the pipe is made of five layers (outer layer PERT + glue + interlayer EVOH + glue + innerlayer PERT), and the oxygen resistance of the pipe is realised through the use of EVOH barrier property.

JWELL-MFH Series PO(PP-R, PE-RT, PB) Polyolefin One Die Double Outlet Tube High Speed Energy Saving Extrusion Production Line
Brief introduction of equipment:
A double extruded polypropylene cold and hot water pipe is produced by the JWELL-MFH Series PO(PP-R, PE-RT, PB) Polyolefin One Die Double Outlet Tube High Speed Energy line. The production process for heat resistant polyethylene cold and hot water pipes, as well as polybutene cold and hot water pipes, may require unit replacements or additions. A specially designed screw is used for efficient production of PP-R, PE-RT, and PB pipes at high speed with stability. An integrated weight control system along with a melt pump system ensures precise control over the pipe meter weight.

PPR/PERT/PEX/Cool&Hot Water Pipe Extrusion Line
Properties:
The high-efficiency PPR/HDPE single-strand and Double-strand pipe extrusion lines, are specially designed by JWELL company, to match PP-R/HDPE material characteristics. The lines equipped with self-designed JWS series high-efficiency single-screw extruders, with SIEMENS PLC controlling system, then achieve automatic controlling of the whole line from main extruder to down streams equipments. With high output capcity, reliable extrusion.
